Real estate done plainly, honestly, and with the paperwork in front of you.

Welcome

Hi, I'm Kamau. Artistic Holdings LLC is a small real estate investment company based in St. George, Utah. We work with real estate agents and property owners in Georgia, the Carolinas, and Utah, and we keep every conversation simple and straightforward.

What we do

For agents: We look for homes that fit our buyers and reach out to listing agents directly. If your listing is a match, you will hear from me personally.

For property owners: If you are thinking about selling, we will listen first and talk through options that fit your situation.

For former homeowners: We help people find money that may be owed to them after a property was sold at auction.

Surplus Funds Recovery

When a home sells at a tax or foreclosure sale for more than was owed, the extra money can belong to the former owner or their heirs. See how it works and how you can claim it.
