Artistic Holdings LLC ("we," "us") is a real estate investment company located in St. George, Utah. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

We collect business contact information for licensed real estate agents, including name, business telephone number, business email address, brokerage name, and information about properties they have publicly listed for sale. Where an agent consents to receive text messages, we also record the date of consent, the telephone number that consented, and the method by which consent was given.
How we use it. We use this information solely to contact listing agents about properties relevant to our buyers, and to follow up on those conversations by phone, text message, or email.
We do not sell or share your information. Telephone numbers and SMS consent data are never sold, rented, shared, or otherwise transferred to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing is limited to service providers who help us operate our messaging systems, and those providers may not use it for any other purpose.
Text messaging. Agents who opt in receive text messages from Artistic Holdings LLC. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Data retention. We retain contact and consent records for as long as needed to operate our business and to evidence consent, and delete them on request where we are not required to keep them.
