About this service. Artistic Holdings LLC operates a business-to-business messaging program for licensed real estate agents. It is not consumer marketing, and it carries no promotional offers or third-party content.
Who it is for. Licensed real estate listing agents who have publicly listed a property for sale and who have opted in to be contacted by text message.
What we send. Follow-up messages about a property you have listed, and about other listings that match our buyers' criteria. Message frequency varies, typically a few messages per month.
Consent. Enrollment is by explicit opt-in only — by completing our consent form, by replying YES to an individual text message, or by giving verbal consent during a telephone call about your listing. All three methods are described in full at https://www.artisticholdingsllc.com/home/sms-consent. Consent is never assumed from a prior business relationship.
Opting out. Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message to stop all further messages. You will receive one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply START to resubscribe.

Costs. We charge nothing for these messages. Message and data rates may apply through your carrier.
