Artistic Holdings LLC is a real estate investment company. We contact licensed real estate listing agents about properties they have publicly listed for sale. Agents join our text message program only by explicit opt-in, through one of the three methods below.
Method 1 — Web form (primary)
Artistic Holdings LLC emails a listing agent a consent request regarding a property that agent has publicly listed. The email links to a Google Form at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdjj07RVg3Zo-zllHaEE0BHRCKcYkY7YjmN_C3b-8xm6xmo1A/viewform where the agent enters their name, the telephone number they wish to be contacted on, and affirmatively confirms consent. The consent box is unchecked by default; nothing is pre-selected. The form states the brand name, that message frequency varies at a few messages per month, that message and data rates may apply, and that the agent may reply STOP at any time.
Form submissions are written to our consent log automatically, recording the date, the telephone number supplied, and the method.
Method 2 — Reply YES to a text message
Kamau Ogbonna personally sends an individual text message to a listing agent about a property that agent has listed. That message ends with the following opt-in request:
"Reply YES if it's OK to text you about this and future listings — Artistic Holdings LLC, a few msgs/month, msg & data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out."
An agent who replies YES is enrolled. No other reply enrolls an agent. An agent who does not reply, or who replies anything other than YES, is never sent programmatic messages.

Confirmation message sent on opt-in:
"Thanks — you're confirmed for text updates from Artistic Holdings LLC. Msg frequency varies, a few per month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
Method 3 — Verbal consent during a phone call
When Kamau Ogbonna speaks with a listing agent by telephone about their listing, he may ask for consent verbally using this script:
"Before we wrap up, would it be helpful if I followed up with you by text
about this property and others that fit my buyers? That's Artistic Holdings
LLC. Message frequency varies, usually just a few a month, and message and
data rates may apply. You can reply STOP any time to opt out. Our terms and
our privacy policy are on our website at artisticholdingsllc.com, and we
never share your mobile information with third parties for marketing. I'll
email you those links right after this call. Would you like me to add you?"
Consent is recorded only on a clear affirmative response. Silence, an ambiguous answer, or a non-committal reply is recorded as a decline.
What we record
For every agent who opts in, by any method, we log:
The date consent was given
The specific telephone number that consented
The consent method (web form, SMS reply YES, or verbal on call)
Messages are sent only to the telephone number that gave consent. Consent is never transferred to another number, and consent data is never sold or shared with third parties.
